Between the culinary team, the copywriters, and the content strategists, pretty much everyone at Ingredient had always wanted to write a cookbook, and so one year we did. It was a huge undertaking — and a fun one. In the end it was so pretty, we gave hardback copies to our clients as a spring treat. You can peruse the online version.
Gelson’s Markets then commissioned their own cookbook, which featured all the recipes that we’d developed for them. I had the pleasure of writing all the copy for it, as well as collaborating with the culinary team, designers, and project managers, from concept to printing.
